What Is BORNEO’s Return Policy?
We strive to create products of the highest quality and design standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return any unused merchandise within five (5) calendar days of receipt for a refund or exchange (subject to a 10% restocking fee, where applicable).
All sale items are FINAL SALE and may only be exchanged, unless otherwise determined by BORNEO. Clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Returned items must be unused and accompanied by the original receipt (order confirmation sent via email) or a valid order reference number.
Returned packages should preferably be shipped using a prepaid, trackable service such as Servientrega, Coordinadora, or Deprisa to ensure proper delivery and processing of refunds or exchanges.

BORNEO is not responsible for returns that are not received. For all domestic returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, as well as any applicable taxes and/or duties associated with the return.
BORNEO reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not comply with the conditions outlined above. However, we make every effort to ensure our customers are fully satisfied.
Exchange Conditions
If you wish to exchange an item, please ensure it meets the following conditions:

The garment must be unused and include the original tags.

The item must be clean, free of stains, and show no signs of deodorant, makeup, or chemical residue.

The garment must be free of damage and must not have been altered or modified.

All prints, embroidery, and appliqués must be in perfect condition, with no damage caused by washing or ironing.

Please note that undergarments are not eligible for exchanges.
