What is BORNEO's return policy?

We strive to create products of the highest quality and design. If you are not satisfied with your product, please return any unused merchandise within 5 calendar days of receipt for a refund or exchange (minus a 10% restocking fee, if applicable). Any merchandise on sale is FINAL and can only be EXCHANGED unless the situation allows otherwise. Clearance items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We require that you return any unused merchandise with your receipt (order confirmation sent by email) or order reference.

 

Returned packages should preferably be sent using a prepaid and traceable method such as Servientrega, Coordinadora, or Deprisa to ensure delivery and a refund or exchange.

 

*UNDERWEAR ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES*.

 

BORNEO is not responsible for returns that are not received. Any domestic shipment must cover all additional shipping costs, as well as any taxes and/or duties to cover the order.

 

BORNEO reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above requirements, but we do our best to ensure that you, as a customer, are satisfied.

 

Conditions for exchanges:

If you want to exchange your products, make sure they meet these conditions:

  • The garment must be unworn and have the original tags.
  • It must not be dirty or stained. It must not have any traces of deodorant, makeup, or chemicals.
  • The garment must be free of damage. It must not have been altered or modified.
  • Prints, embroidery, and appliqués must be perfect, with no damage from washing or ironing.
  • Please note that underwear cannot be exchanged.
